Refund policy

At Pure Hot Sauce Company we take great pride in our premium hot sauce and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their experience.

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium hot sauce, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and in a resalable condition.

  2. The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. 

  3. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been opened or damaged, or if the return is outside of the 30-day window.
